Calico is not a breed of cat, but an unusual coloring occurring across many breeds, including Domestic Short-hair, Persian, and Manx.
So what I assume, is your cats are Domestic Short-hair cats. "Mittens" looks like she has some Tabby in her, which also, isn't a breed, but can be seen in many of the same breeds, that Calico can occur.

The breed of the mother, Caramel Snickers, looks like domestic short hair. Based on her face, head and body, I don't see any pedigree cat in her. Her color designation given by most cat clubs would be Brown Classic Tortoiseshell Tabby with White, otherwise known as Brown Torbie with White.
The baby, Mittens, would could be a long hair or a short hair. It is hard to tell when they are kittens since kittens tend to be fuzzier. I suspect the kitten is also domestic, either short or long hair, depending on how she turns out. She may be part some other cat, but she's 1/2 domestic, so Mittens won't be 100% any breed.
Mittens would be the same color designation as the mother. That might seem odd, but both since both have tabby markings (the stripes), red, brown and white that qualifies both as the same color designation. In cat show terms we would say the mother is a 'high' white, because she has more white than color, which we would not say for Mittens, the baby.

Your kitten loos like it's a tabby mixed with a little calico. If the mother is calico, chances are the child will have some calico mixed into it. Well, I hope I could help!

No calico is not a breed but they sure are beautiful and all are unique. You will never find the same markings on another calico ever. I have a calico and she is the best cat. Loving, playful and ornery. She has the softest silkiest fur I have ever seen on a cat.
Did you know that there are only female calico cats? It is extremely rare to have a male calico. I forget why tho'.

Most cats are not a specific breed. Most are mutts, unless you got them from a breeder, and paid a lot of money for them. The mother is a Domestic Shorthair (DSH) and is a calico. (this is a color..not a breed like a few people are claiming) The baby looks like a Domestic Mediumhair (DMH). There are also Domestic Longhairs (DLH).

Did you know that only females are calico? The kitten looks to have a longer hair. If I had to put a breed to them, they would be long haired domestic and short haired domestic. This pretty much means they are so mixed up noone knows. They are very pretty though.

Neither Tabby nor Calico are breeds, just colors.
They both look like DSHs (domestic short hair, basically a short haired mutt), the mother looks like she might have some Siamese in her though.

They are domestic shorthair (AKA mixed breed) cats. The mother is a calico (which refers to the color, not a breed) and the kitten is a torbie & white (striped calico, again a color, not a breed). Cute!
