Where do the frequency verbs such as nunca and siempre go in the sentence?

Nunca dice la verdad. No dice nunca la verdad. The same with siempre.

Usually, after the noun. Yo NUNCA pensaba que tu me ibas a preguntar eso. Yo SIEMPRE quise ser tu amiga.

You put them in the same place in the sentence as you would in english.

ie: I never go there = Yo nunca voy alli

Seems to me that would depend on the sentence. ;)

But it is often safe to put them first, as in "Nunca he ido a Italia" (I've never gone to Italy).

They are adverbs, not verbs, and they generally go just berfore the verb, although there are many exceptions.

We usually put them at the very beginning or at the very end. Nevertheless, grammatically you can put it anywhere.
