hey ive been getting blazed then going to the gym to lift and ive noticed some pretty good gains in my strength. is this bad to do & does marijuana have any affect on strength and muscle growtth?

i'm not sure, but i knew arnold used to smoke the reefer.

No you silly little bozo!!! I really don't think that you smoking up the ganja before the workout is really the reason why you are seeing a gain from your efforts. It probably has more to do with the fact that you have developed a solid routine for yourself.
I would much rather see a bunch of men in the gym who are blazed than full of steroids.
I don't think it is bad for you ....but you may want to save the smoking for another time. You know like maybe after you have worked out?!

maybe you are imagining the strength gains!!! seriously..... you could hurt yourself.... lifting heavier while high and uncoordinated... what if a heavy press falls on your chest?! so many examples.

the muscle I would be worried about is my brain.

You should never get high, but it is up to you....im sure its not helping you gain anything but dead brain cells.

I suppose this is why yahoo answes is such a good thing.
