run HOT water on the bottom one for a minute and it will expand a little. Then twist them apart.

Fill the top one w/ ice and a bit of water, while lowering the bottom one into a sinkful of hot water. They should come apart easily.

the first thing that comes to my mind is to try soaking them in very hot water for quite a while; let the heat loosen them up........if that isn't working, MAYBE even try adding a little bit of either cooking oil or dishwashing soap.....put your hands on each and twist one of them one way and one of them the other way and PRY them apart gently

Try pam pan spray. Don't know if it will work but it keeps food from sticking.
