I weigh 135 and I like to loose 10 pounds. I going to eat healthier but how do I stop my self from turning down an offer to chocolate or something. It's hard. And it's hard for me to work out. The only time I get active it's ither when I'm dancing or playing a sport. And unfortunatly I can't play a sport because it's winter. So could you help me find away to keep active in the winter and how to turn down junk for offers?
