I weigh 135 and I like to loose 10 pounds. I going to eat healthier but how do I stop my self from turning down an offer to chocolate or something. It's hard. And it's hard for me to work out. The only time I get active it's ither when I'm dancing or playing a sport. And unfortunatly I can't play a sport because it's winter. So could you help me find away to keep active in the winter and how to turn down junk for offers?

i would suggest to continue to eat healthy lots of friut and special k cereal, and egg beaters and lots of low fat milk and water and its okay to have chocolate its not always what you eat its how much you eat

Try doing some indoor cardio. I use turbo jam when I can't get to the gym. I also use Isagenix for a cleanse. I've lost 35 lbs in 3 1/2 months. Good luck.
