Do a search on the city you are in. Say for instance, Dallas. Type in "Dallas police e-mail", and there should be info. If you are being held captive in an abusive situation then you need to contact some sort of authorities. When making a statement to authorities you should remember to tell only the entire truth because you could be charged for a crime if you aren't. As well, it makes your story less credible if they find any flaw in it, so they may say that one lie means the whole story is fake. Not to say you are not being truthful, but it's something I thought you might need to know. I am not a lawyer though and can't offer valid legal advice. You could seek a child advocate if you feel you are in an extremely terrible situation. Only you know what is going on in your house, so use your judgment and good luck.

You cant call the police because your parents put a code on the phone where you can not dial out, But you said you called your friend Mike? Well how did you call your friend Mike? I would suggest however you had the chance to call Mike you use to also call the police. If you can not do this, then I suggest running outside to the nearest neighbor calling the police or children's protective services and reporting your dysfunctional parents and abusive sister. When you go to school tell the guidance counselor that will put you in touch with who you need to talk too they can call the police for you.
As the above person stated, use your cell phone, even if service is shut off, 911 dialing is always enabled. So you will be able to dial 911 reguardless is service is on or not. Just keep it charged.
Good Luck to you.

What you do is keep your cell phone charged and in your pocket, the next time your sister hits you call 911, the call will go through and the police have to respond. They will protect you and take you someplace temporarily where you and the court can work on protecting you on a more permanent basis.

I once waited until I got to the airport to book a flight. Other times, I booked in advance. Maybe just tell him you need to know because you might end up having to work or something. Say you need to make sure you'll be open.

Tell someone at school or go to the police tomorrow. Call 911 from a payphone or a friends house.
