Yeah, if youre around them most of the time. It takes a few years for your accent to really start changing (and thats when youre around other people a lot)

That really depends on where you live and whom you associate with. If you live in a specific area--the South for instance--long enough, you will eventually pick up that accent, although it may be overlayed with the French accent. Unless you make a conscientious effort to keep it, you will most likely lose it, slowly. If you associate with French-speaking people you'll more than likely keep it.

I don't think so..
I'm french and have been living in the states for 20 years and still have an accent,but a kid who was raised in this country ,going to school,watching tv,etc...shouldn't have an accent.

Yes, if this person learns French as a child and speaks it at home and elsewhere. However, if this person also learns English as a child, there will be no accent in either language.

Yes, it's possible, but the most probable outcome is that the person will end up with sort of a monotone, "non-accent" accent.

Yeah i think of so, while i became into youthful my mom often times did not experience like making me lunch, so she'd pass to McDonalds and get me chicken nuggets and fries or some thing. I nonetheless ask your self how i did not get rather fat from all the fast food lol Now I devour greater healthy however because of the fact my mom chefs greater healthy ingredients and does not pass to rapid food places that lots anymore lol

probably not, unles they are home schooled and have little or no contact with outsiders, and watch French Television, im guessing you met someone who claims that is the case? he's faking it.
