I strongly recommend Dove facial products. They do not have any added chemicals, which helps prevent any damage and drying to the skin.
Try Dove facial cleanser once in the morning and once at night. After washing your face in the morning, put a THIN layer of moisturizer to prevent drying. Before you go to bed, wash your face with the cleanser once more, but do not use the moisturizer.
If your face still seems dry after trying this, cut down to cleansing your face once a day, in the morning.
Good luck!

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

There are many cheap and effective home remedies for acne. Tomato slices, turmeric, papaya juices and home made face packs will treat existing pimples and prevent further problems. More remedies at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html

I have had acne for most of my life.
I use "Acne Statin" I have used it for over 20 years now. It really does a good job and it softens your skin too!
The toll free number is 800-762-2263. Let me know if you order it and how you like it.

First of all ...wash your face with a mild antibacterial liquid soap, perhaps dial antibacterial
Foam up the face and then rinse with hot water to open and cleanse your pores, then cold water to close the pores.
Then use aloe vera gel on face....acne is history then.
Throw away all that crappy dermatologist ointments.

Look for a product called Auquafore at the drug store or walmart. It will clear up your dry skin as soon as you put it on and you can use it as chap stick. You just dip in your finger and apply where needed
