As early as 4 months and as late as 8 months. The average is 6 months.

Average is 5-6 months unless they are Cryptorchid(where their testicles fail to drop. It is pretty common in cats, and will cause them to be steril. Cryptorchidism is an example of a sex-limited trait. The trait is physically expressed only in the male even though it can be carried by females.

I believe it can vary with every individual cat, but I believe it's around 6 months.

I think it varies, I had a cat named Mira. A few weeks later he became Mira-boy. He didn't have his testicales drop for quit some time.
