If you mean it as a 'command', as in, if you're telling someone to "remember the fallen", you'd have to specify what gender you're talking to. Hebrew verbs are based on male/female.

If you're talking to a single female- "Zichri et ha noflim"

If talking to a single male- "Zchor et ha noflim"

If you're talking to a crowd of ONLY females- "Zchorna et ha noflim"

If a crowd of at least one male- "Zichru et hanoflim"

(Or "metim" which means 'dead' instead of 'noflim' which means 'fallen')

I'd say that in general you'd most probably use the last option.

If you need any more help, I'd be happy to answer your questions!

זכור את הנופלים
meaning: remember the fallen (those who died)

"Remember" (imperative) should be conjugated with its pronoun:
singular male: zchor (זכור, z-chor)
singular female: zichri (זכרי, zi-chrEE)
plural male: zichru (זכרו, zi-chrOO)
plural female: zchornah (זכורנה, z-chOr-na)

The object is indicated by the word "et" (את)

"The" is "Ha" (ה), and it is connected to the noun.

Fallen:
*As deceased one: met (מת)
As deceased ones: metim (מתים, me-tEEm)
*As of heroic war, or something (singular): nofel (נופל, no-fEl)
As of heroic war, or something (plural): noflim (נופלים, no-flEEm)
*As of heroic war, or something (singular)2: chalal (חלל, cha-lAl)
As of heroic war, or something (plural)2: chalalim (חללים, ch-la-lEEm)

Bottom line:
If it is a general request from everybody to remember the ones who died in the war: zichru et hanoflim.
If you ask everybody to remember everyone who died: zichru et hametim.
