If you are not totally pale, try getting a layered angled bob at about shoulder length with some nice chunky highlights- some red, some auburn, and some brown.

If you are fairly pale, just get a nice rich red color all the way and maybe just some auburn or blond highlights if the red color isn't enough for you.

Asian!!!!!I know it's hard having black thick hair but on the other hand i think it's not that bad unless u love u r hair. It's all about u and ur personality.I think i had the same problem but......don't be depressed!!!When u r going outside look at people's hair.Try to note it and the hair style.Maybe one day u will like it and u can apply it in u r own hair.I know it's sounds weird but this is how style is being used......dig up,find something and apply it by changing it a liitle. So i hope it will work.If it does then maybe u can e mail me.i will be happy....atleast i helped someone.

It is true that hair should be proportionate to the body that it is on, I personally think that long hair doesn't make you look shorter (otherwise I wouldn't have long hair). Since your hair is thick I would recommend layering it to take some of the weight off and it will also help give you some volume. Also by layering your hair it can/will hide any imperfections in the cut (it is technically easier for the stylist to layer for this reason).

Personally, I Think You Should Still Continue To Grow It Out. Since Your Hair Is Thick, I Think You Should Press It (Or Flat Iron It) Every So Often, Or Another Option Is To Keep It In Braids.

asian girls with japanese pop hair cuts are always cute -- and long hair cut right looks great! find someone that cuts with a razor not scissors -- most better salons should have people that can do it -- heres a sight with lots of japanese pop girls -- i think the retro big loose curl colored caramel browns is great on the right person. mostly finding someone who can work with what you have is most important. you can always go somewhere expensive and then get someone less expensive to copy it.
