A big disappointment, like a water chestnut if you have ever had one in a Chinese dish almost tasteless, only cooked. Or a raw potato but not as much startch again with that camp fire smokey backtaste. They look pretty though.

I was sooo excited to try roasted chesnuts one day up North ( im from Florida), I was so dissapointed when I tried them and found them to be gross. I didnt like the taste at all.
