I would tell you to study a little more. Quarks can be broken down further. Take a look at the super string theory. It is the theory of everything and is said to be the answer to the question einstein was working on when he died. There is also a book called the elegant universe. The theory states that you can break atoms down to vibrating strings of energy. If you were to make any statement it would be that God controls the vibrations of energy ;)
