I need some suggestion! My nephew is only 7 yrs. old but he has the biggest flat screen tv, will not wear nothing but Lacoste clothes, has ps2, and has everything already! He is very spoiled, picky, and not appreciative little boy! I hate to admit it but my brother had already bought him just about anything he wanted.

I agree that books are a good idea. Like the Harry Potter series (paperback) or something that he may really come to enjoy reading.

Maybe some personalized thank you cards/notes that he can use. Or a piece of sporting equipment if there's a sport in which he's interested.

Or, perhaps something more personal...like a gift certifcate for a day with you -- at the beach, circus, basketball game, etc. Something that you and he would like to do together. If you're close enough in proximity to pull this off.

How about a personalized book? Kids love to read their name in the storyline. Go to this website http://www.tlc-expressions.com They have lots of titles like Batman, Spider-Man, X-Men, Justice League, Superman, Sports Books and so many more. Check it out - they're very reasonably priced, and make a wonderful & unique gift... Good Luck!

Get him something he doesn't want. No, seriously. Tell him that you are giving him the best gift of all--the gift of giving. Take him to a children's hospital with some toys he doesn't play with anymore and give them away, maybe even personally if they allow it with some patients. Then he can meet this children and learn that no everyone has the same as he does, so he will learn grattitude. He may even be able to make some friends as well!

Even though his parents obviously spoil him, he is a child. Books are wonderfull, science toys to teach him something. Take him on an outing like fishing, to his favorite resturant, take him skating or to a movie. Sounds like needs some physical interatction rather than material things. This really is sad.

If I were you I would get him a gift card to one of his favorite stores, that way he can pick out what he wants and you don't have to worry about getting him something he doesn't want. Plus all kids love to go shopping!
