I am making a cheesecake for Christmas. I had an save some of the red and green chocolate I was using to make lollipops, and swirl it in the cheesecake. Anyone think this might be a bad idea? I know the chocolate hardens in the lollipop molds, will that make it hard to cut through in the cheesecake? Advice from some experienced bakers would be great! Thanks

That kind of chocloate usually does not mix well in a cake. You should do a mini cheesecake with it and see if it works. Like a cheesecake muffin. If it does not work just decorate the top of the cake when it is done. Good luck, sounds like a good idea.
