Do you think that mulled wine sorbet goes well with brandy snap baskets?

If not, what kind of sorbet goes well with them? I'm interested in fruit sorbets.

Brandy snap baskets are a bit eighties.
A good sorbet needs nothing else.
If you must garnish it ,why not just use seasonal fruit dusted with icing sugar.
