Hell is a myth. Try reading Richard Dawkins best seller, The God Delusion then we can talk.
Hell and all the rest is a stupid lie.

Honest answer, we don't know.

It seems that going to hell consists of a lot of things, including what you were taught, to more an extent than any. I'm pretty sure accepting Jesus Christ as a savior isn't a prerequisite for people that grew up in countries where Christianity had not yet spread or was suppressed. I personally believe actually getting to Hell requires a particular mind set. The way I was taught, even a small, and I mean the tiniest and most easily forgivable sins, could become unforgivable by the simple act that the sinner knew that a) it offended god and b) with the particular intent to offend god. I think another way it is really well described is that hell is not so much a place but a hole that we self banish ourselves to. Hell is distance from God, usually made in conscious choice by the individual.

I'm no theologian, but that is what my beliefs are, God as a being will generally accept us, and what he as a spiritual force is attempting to push humanity to is a sort of equilibrium. The Worlds major religions will all teach philosophically that Human, as creations, are equal to each other, and that anyone can find God. Whatever they have been used for throughout history or by leaders who found a system of control readily available in religion, it is the one thing that is written into the religions foundations. Religions were made to bring people together, unfortunately many use it to tear people apart.

Hell it seems is a very frighteningly real place, and though it may not be filled with horrible demons, fire brimstone and the occasional pitchfork it represents the innate fear of being separated from the force in the universe that move everything toward the creation of life, and spirit.

According to Mark 3:28-29 refusing the knowledge of God through the Holy Ghost is a sure vehicle to Hell and will be tortured in Hell. Revelation 20.

Though out history, some people were never baptized before death and were believers. Mark 13:13, Romans 10:13, believe and call on the name of Jesus. Baptism represents dying to your old life and being resurrected into a new life.

People thought to be mentally incapable are not held accountable for their actions or judged by God. He judges according to knowledge. Romans 10:2, 1st Peter 3:7, Colossians 1:10, 2nd Peter 1:2. I hope this answers your question.

I dont have time to read everyones reply so Im going to just answer it. Hell was not an intended place for humans. It was created for Satan and his fellow fallen angels. God will forgive you for all of your sins. The only sin he cant forgive is not accepting Him into your heart and being your savior. If not mentally capable they are then seen as children. Children go to heaven automatically. The age of accountability is normally 12-13. This also depends on the maturity of the individual. Not mentally capable is a broad range. There are many factors. Need to be more specific. Peace out and God Bless.

Yes, I believe there is a place called hell, where Satan and his fallen angels will someday be. A person who does any sin including kills or tortures will go to hell. If you don't want to go ask Jesus to save you. The mentally challenged will be judge fairly by God, He knows there level of understanding and their heart. I would rather be one of those individuals than an intelligent person who has heard the gospel over and over again but kept on refusing.

God is the judge of people and understands their circumstances. He alone knows what was in their hearts and their motives. Yes, I believe there the wicked will be burned up and that would be hell. It is not forever but has results that are forever....which is that they will be no more. The penalty of sin is death...but God will determine if they did their best or if they repented. If they are not mentally capable to understand then they would be as a child and they are very special to God.

yes i believe in a hell but not in the fire pits w/ demons hell, i believe in the hell where your all alone w/ no one around

i think the only thing that will send someone to hell is if they are doing things that are terribly bad and are stubborn and won't admit that they're wrong or dont feel any sorrow for what they've done

thats it, it doesnt matter if your baptized or not, thats just a tradition. symbolism. just like we dont honestly believe that during communion that the bread and wine is REALLY the blood and body, they symbolize that.

if they're not mentally capable to make decisions or of they're mentally handicapped or anything like that, i dont think they're going to go to hell, that wouldnt make sense because they cant help any mental disorder or disease they have. god will forgive them for anything they do because they dont understand and cant understand it

i believe in god and jesus, but it doesnt matter what anyone believes. you can honestly believe that a magically fairy judges all or anything you want, doesnt matter

as long as you live a good life and lead it well and try your best and if you do things that are bad and you regret them or feel true sorrow for it then you'll be ok in the afterlife

and im not saying that im right and everyone else is wrong in their beliefs but as long as they're good they'll go to MY heaven, im just saying there is one general 'heaven' for us or afterlife place and nobody knows exactly what its like. i could be completely wrong about jesus and the things god says but it doesnt matter, as long as we're good people we'll be fine

I dont know if hell exists (really doubt it)
God might exist (i hope he does)

Hell is a scare tactic notthing else, scare people into your faith and then charge them for it, if christianity were a company than they would have made more money than any other company in existence.

Near the turn of the millennia, Y2K was going happen, so people started buying stuff to protect their family. During the cold war everyone had to have a bomb shelter, during one of the world wars people were buying radioactive/nuclear proof blankets that would protect them during fallout (the blankets were not really invulnerable radioactity).Do you not see the pattern?

All of these people bought products to save them in case something happened nothing happened. Ask yourself are you going to be the person who believes out of fear? I am sorry but the whole better safe than sorry sentiment will not apply to the way I live my life.

Yes, I believe that there is a hell. That's where all people that commit mortal sins go if they don't ask God for forgiveness. God is kind and loving and will not send anyone to hell unless they refuse to believe in him or refuse to ask for forgiveness for something that they did was terribly wrong, like killing people deliberately. As for the mentally ill, God knows it is not their fault and will judge them accordingly. He is kind and merciful and would not send someone to hell if they were mentally ill.

i dont know if there is one or not, but io do belive that whatever you do god will forgive you, fo you are one of his children. He will always accepted you, but I think that in the end, you have to say sorry, and really mean it. Oh yeah, and the bible lies about saying that eveyone is doomed and going to hell because of sins. Those are just some crazy people who want you to think what they think, Its really sad accutally. There has been so many lies in the bible, If you want real information, you should see the movie the da vinci code, but it is confusing, so you might have to watch it a couple of times, thats what i dfid and know i understan it completly. Good luck, and dont be scared about going to hell, Just be happy and live your life the best you can.
