If you have already tried talking to him and it didn't work then don't try anymore. And if he is trying to hurt you then don't let him near you or your daughter. Until he really proves himself don't even talk to him or see him. And don't let him near your child.

Sounds like some people are very immature here. I would stay away from people like his cousins and it is up to you to decide if he can see the baby. Of course, that is until he forces you to have a paternity test and if the test says he is the father, he can go to court and get visitation rights and he will have to pay child support.
