Towel dry.
Apply PLENTY of gel or mousse.
Scrunch it.
Wait until it airdries.
* Do not continuously wear this style though because too much gel or mousse can damage your hair and cause thinning.

After you come out of the shower scrunch it a bit then add gel to obtain that just came out of the shower look all day
