Girl!!! well yeah i that happen to me too with the guy i use to talk to well he never told me nothing either but i knew taht he was kinda cheap to so i did text him but no all the time and ill sure call him after 9 so yeah girl just dont text him to much and talk to him more instead off texting

well just ask him why he can afford to text but nothing else.but if he doesn't respond to u or buy u anything that would show he's not so cheap after all, den u should ask him wats up.if dat doesn't work, then don't even try to waste ur time wit this guy, and then whenever there's that perfect guy who walks into ur life, just remember that he has to be the opposite of this guy (that you'd probably be saying you dated in the past).

Doesn't response to your text does not tentamount to cheap. There are guys who just dislike texting due to their big fingers making texting difficult. Explain to him that you would like him to response to your texts. Friendship is not about dollar and sense its the thought of wanting to get in-touched and keeping communications alive which is vital.

maybe he does'nt like you or he's busy or maybe your just starting to annoy him with all your text messages. those are the only reasons. Guys don't care about paying 10 cents for each text message. Don't blame him for being cheap. Don't annoy him, guys hate it when women keep calling & texting. Why don't you just wait for him to call or text you back.

It's rude to do that if you know someone is paying per message...there are many ways to communicate, use one that isn't going to cost extra and only text when necessary...otherwise just dial his number, or email him...
