The last word that Jesus spoke is "Father, into Thy hands I commend My spirit."
To point out to you, so that you may know and you children may learn what words Christ spoke on the cross, "It is finished" is the second-to-last. But it is certainly not the least important and certainly not the least blessed of the words that the Lord Jesus Christ spoke.
"It is finished." All our sins are taken away, Jesus announces here. All our guilt that should have been imputed to us but was imputed to Him was taken care of. And Jesus announced that here. Our salvation is won, our sins are forgiven! How do I know that? How do I know that with certainty? Because the Lord Jesus Christ announced so that all could hear, and the beloved disciple could record it: "It is finished."

these were his last word before he died on the cross he had more to say after is resurrection and if you listen closly He's still talking today

Actually, the translation is not 'finished' but 'ended'.
