Looking for some advice for a spell? (pagan)?

I'm trying to do a 7 knot love spell. It says to use a bell, ment to be rung when you start to loose hope about finding love. Do you think that that could be replaced with a glass heart pendant? I can get ahold of a bell at this point and time. Do you think it will make a huge differance?

your intent matters more than your materials. I wouldn't worry about it.

It'll only change things if it's Ceremonial Magick, which it's not.
