We have no way of knowing what Jesus's first words were. His first recorded words were when he was 12 years old were recorded in Luke 2:49- And He said to them, "Why did you seek Me? Did you not know that I must be about My Father's business?"

I'm sure they were either mam or dad in his native tongue. He was the son of God made man therefore he went through many of the same trials and tribulations that w too went through.

Mama - all babies say mama before Dada. Jesus was the son of man so he was no different.
But it could have been 'Aba' too.
