Happy Birthday! The best and easiest I have found so far is the recipe. It is so creamy - your friends will think you spent all day making it. In addition to the nuts, you can add marshmallows at the very end to make it like a rocky road fudge. Enjoy!
Easy Chocolate Fudge
Estimated Times:
Preparation - 6 min | Cooking - 5 min | Cooling Time - 2 hrs refrigerating | Yields - 36
Sometimes the simplest recipes yield the richest results. This glossy combination of chocolate morsels and sweetened condensed milk is even better embellished with vanilla and chopped nuts.
Ingredients:
* 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
* 1 can (14 oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Sweetened Condensed Milk
* 1 cup chopped walnuts
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
LINE 8- or 9-inch square baking pan with foil.
COMBINE morsels and sweetened condensed milk in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Warm over lowest possible heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla extract.
SPREAD evenly into prepared baking pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into pieces

The one that I was going to tell you has already been given to you, so I guess all that is left to say is HAPPY early 12th BIRTHDAY. Oh, I just thought of a good snack that you could fix for your friends. I think your friends will really like this one two.
Corn Flake Candy
1 2/3 cup Corn Syrup
1 2/3 cup sugar
Boil until sugar is melted, remove from heat, then add
1 2/3 tablespoon vanilla
2 1/2 cup peanut butter
In a big pan that is coated with butter, put in 10 cups Corn Flakes.
Pour the above mixture over the Corn Flakes and stir with a large spoon that is coated with butter. I have even coated my hands with butter for the last of them to be put on wax paper so not to burn my hands as it is still very hot.
Stir until Corn Flakes are covered. Spoon out on wax paper and let cool.

Happy birthday! The easiest, tastiest fudge I've ever eaten is my grandmother's recipe. LoL it came from Borden, but we pretend it's an old secret family recipe. I've been eating it every Christmas since I was a baby!
Foolproof Chocolate Fudge
3 (6-ounce) packages semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand sweetened Condensed Milk
(NOT evaporated milk)
Dash salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt morsels with Eagle Brand Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly into wax paper-lined 8-inch square pan. Chill 2 to 3 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
For Rocky Road Fudge: Leave out the semi-sweet chocolate morsels, salt, vanilla, and nuts. In saucepan, melt morsel with Eagle Brand and 2 tablespoons margarine. In large bowl, combine 2 cups dry roasted peanuts and 1 (10 1/2 ounce) package of miniature marshmallows. Pour chocolate mixture into nut mixture; mix well. Spread into wax paper-lined 13x9-inch pan. Chill 2 hours.
