I am going to a party and the host wants me to make finger sandwiches that consist of egg salad, chicken salad and tuna salad. There is going to be 11 adults and about 9 kids does anyone know approxamatley how many of each I should make?

I'd guess 2 per kid & 4 per adult.
That is assuming there are other foods available.....
Wow---I hope that host is a CLOSE sis or bro......otherwise they are terribly presumptious!

Ive made these before the little rolls the size of white castles cut them down the middle and insert the different cheese and meats also serve with a variety of sauces/ honey mustard/hot mustart etc.
I would do one each knowing not everybody will eat one especially the kids.

These are party's favorites. The kids will eat as much as the adults. You can try 40 of each.

One of each for each person. Sounds like alot, but they will go.
