This hand-held Germ Eliminator is the first portable, battery-powered germicidal lamp, and has been proven in lab tests to kill 99.9% of surface bacteria with a ten second exposure time when held 1/2" inches away from the sanitized surface.
A unique tool to help sanitize wort, hydrometers, spoons, and other items used in brewing. Just place the Germ Eliminator within a half inch of the item to be sanitized, turn it on, and wait ten seconds to kill 99% or more of surface bacteria and wild yeast. Great for use on your just cooled wort before adding the yeast, or as a quick dry sanitizer for hydrometers and spoons. Needs 4 AA batteries (not included).
