Stress may be one contributing factor to Acne. Look at where your Face is breaking out. According to Chinese face reading, your cheek area is related to your lungs, from an emotional standpoint, this may indicate that there are areas of give, or sadness in your life or could indicate that you are suffering from allergies or bronchitis or health issues for the lungs. Your forehead is your small intestines, this could mean a slow metabolism, a back up in the intestines or emotionally decisions you need to make. Break outs around the mouth, look at hormonal imbalance or sexual issues. The nose is the heart or issues of the heart. Stress releases adrenaline, this can cause a lot of metabolic changes. Look at your source of stress, embrace it and find ways to reduce stress, excercise, meditation ect.

Yes it does along with lots of other things like mucle pain, hair falling out, etc.

I can also tell you that Acne isn't caused by the foods you eat but more by a change in your diet. It also comes from not washing your face or washing it too much. Hope this helps...
