posso farglielo vedere sborrare?

Can I make you/him/her see me come (ejaculate)?

(There is no subject in the original Italian sentence, which makes it possible to use either you, him, or her)

That's actually a VERY vulgar sentence, and this translation is just to tell you what it means, but if you want to know the actual literal translation - just substitute the word 'come' with the worst possible word you can find with the same meaning.
