Any solution in water will cause the boiling point to rise, so it takes more energy to force the water molecules to be released as vapor.

Similarly it will take a lower temp to freeze salt water.

Salt added to water increases the boiling point temperature due to an increase in density and a greater difficulty in allowing molecules to enter the vapour phase requiring more energy to reach equilibrium between the water and its vapour. Consequently, the evaporation rate is also decreased. The salt water will therefore evaporate at a slower rate. Also, as the water evaporates out, the solution becomes more concentrated, further slowing the evaporation rate.
