As a non-white guy, how do I attract a white woman?

It really depends on the girl ... white, black, chinese, filipino, it doesn't matter ... they're just women with different personalities and different tastes ... especially since you might see white girls trying to be black and chinese trying to be white :)

Play the "exotic" role. Girls sometimes like the adventure of trying out a new and interesting guy thats different from her usual stock of men. Don't consider there being much of a difference between you two and there generally won't be. Somethings are unavoidable, but understanding and communication breaches the rest.

A clean, classy professional look would be a good start. But honestly it all depends on the type of woman you want to attrack not the race.
