Tengo ganas de.....

to see "I feel like dancing" you would say

Tengo ganas de bailar.

OR

Quiero bailar.

I feel like doing in Spanish doesn't use tener. You need to expand on you example for someone to help you. I would if I knew what you are trying to express.

Me da ganas de....(then write what you want to do.) Tener has nothing to do with it unless you say "Tengo ganas de" then insert the verb. Tengo ganas de ir afuera = I feel like going outside.
