If he's a good guy he'll understand it's a bad time for you. If he doesn't understand that then he might not be for you.
Try to remain calm whenever interacting with him. Sometimes when interacting with friends or family members I have to pause for a moment and take a deep breath, count to ten, whatever. I try to calm down and remember that I'm a little more emotional than I normally am and to not take it out on people. It can be really tempting to snap out at people for their stupidity or yours, but it's not helpful.
Are your periods normal? Some sites allow you to track your period for free like mymonthlycycles.
It can be really helpful for you to track so you can be aware of what days you should not drink too much caffine, eat less salt, exercise more, etc.

Dude. Biologically, theres no reason why your mood would change during PMS. So don't let your boyfriend take any human sexuallity classes because he will dump you. Its all in your head so control your self. Now if you are in pain then thats different. If you dont want to lose him dont be such a biacth.

AT LEAST YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS. SO YOU CAN START TO DEAL WITH IT. TRY COUNTING TO TEN AND BLOWING OUT YOUR AIR, THEN TALK AND SAY WHATEVER IT WAS YOU WERE GOING TO SAY. WISHING YOU THE BEST.
