tio is uncle and tia is aunt,but you just leave them like that for aunt/uncle in-law

uncle = tío
aunt = tía
the in law is not really used unless you DO want to explain it to somebody then you would say
tío político/ tía política
but as I said, normally it is not used.

Simply Tia and Tio, there is no such words in Spanish, no way of saying it, if you had to say it to them directly it'd sound odd, Tia cunada with ene ~ tio cunado w/~ it would sound funny though
It is not used that way in the Spanish language, unless you are explaining it to someone in English, such as right now.
Really you only refer to them and say
mi tia politica, o mi tio politico, politico means they are not part of your immediate family.
