I've found simple google and yahoo image searches for terms like "short" and "choppy" MUCH better than sifting through the hair sites out there. Try terms like trendy, funky, spiky, etc. I also like the hair magazines out there. Easiest is looking for a celebrity with the style you like and just getting pictures of them.

If you want chin-length hair, as it kind of sounds like you do, then look for medium length as well. Every site and magazine has their own idea of long, medium, and short.

You know what you do, you go down to your local newspaper & magazine place and have a quick flick through one of there hair books!! Its great and it all 100% free!!! If not just go down to your hairdresser and tell her/him what you are thinking about doing. Then ask them there opinion and if they have any ideas. I have just chopped off all my lovely long locks for a nice cute little bob for the summer. You just have to remember that it does grow back. Good Luck
