I use Head and Shoulders, Dove and John Frieda. They require little shampoo but can conjure up loads of suds, while still moisturising my hair after I rinse it. Most shampoo which produces lots of suds dry my hair out after rinsing, while some sticks to my hair like clumps of gel it's annoying.
