H&R Block absolutely maintains copies of your returns, and several back-up electronic copies as well, just in case. It's possible that you've asked this question because the office you filed in is currently closed. H&R Block does close many offices after "tax season", however, there is ALWAYS a District or Premium location open, or you can access your files through corporate. To contact your closest year-round office, go to hrblock.com or call 1-800-HRBLOCK. If you have any other questions or need help accessing H&R Block, please e-mail me through the Y!A site. As an employee of said company, I'd like to ensure you get the best and quickest possible service - even if you're not in my area.

When H&R Block prepares your tax returns, they provide you with one copy for filing, and one copy for your records. Did you lose your copy? If you contact the office that prepared your return, they should be able to get you a copy of it. Typically, they will maintain copies of returns for at least 3 years, in case you get audited.

I assume you did your taxes through H&R Block?
Just call them, they absolutely, positively still have your '03 and '04 returns on file.
Worst case, you can request copies or transcripts directly from the IRS.
