well i have a thing called a BATH TUB. every day i get inside of it. i turn on the FAUCET and then hot water comes out. You will need to go buy some SOAP to put on your WASHCLOTH. after you do that, you rub it all around. they also make something called LOTION which has directions that come with it. this is a big word...but there is also an item called a PUMICE STONE. it is quite advanced but it comes with instructions as well.

The closest thing to a "miracle in a jar" I have ever found actually comes in a tube and it is specifically for feet. It's called KERASAL and you can find it in Walmart or any drug store. It comes in 2 sizes for about $4 and about $8 a tube and this stuff works like a miracle.
After bathing, dry off feet, apply KERASAL and wear cotton socks. Repeat for a week and you will be amazed.
It is way way more effective than plain vaseline.
Make sure you get the soluable anointment in a TUBE. Don't get the lotion or the pumice. You need the anointment in a tube.
ALERT: if you are diabetic you should NEVER use a callous shaver or any sharp instrument on your feet. NEVER!

For rough skin, Stop up your tub or shower when you wash each day, and allow your feet to soak while you wash your body and hair, use a pumi bar or foot file on your feet with a gentle motion. When you get out of the shower apply a good moisturizer like Hylunia healing and restore cream and then place a little powder in your socks or stockings to remove friction during the day. Avoid walking barefoot, and you will have smooth feet in no time.

Do you mean calluses? A pumice stone works well after you feet have soaked in the shower, tub or pan of hot water. Also, Dr. Scholls makes a foot exfoliating scrub that's really nice. Then I'd slather my feet in Body Butter and put on two pair of socks before bed.

I hope you're talking about dry skin....
You can go to a drugstore or grocey store and buy scraper to scrape the bottom of your feet and make them nice and soft. They are in the nail polish section and are very inexpensive. Saok your feet first then scrape while they are still damp.
