Hello, it's best to do exercises in the morning when you wake up because, the weight gained the night before is what's being worked off. Exercising before bed can also disrupt your sleep pattern, because you are now rearing to go instead of relaxing and going to sleep; but if you choose to exercise before bed.

Try not to exercise too close to the time you go to bed. While you might think that will make you sleepy, actually the opposite is true. You might find yourself wide awake and unable to sleep. Try to give yourself at least three hours between bedtime and a workout. Check out the second link for examples of exercises (just click the part of the body that you want to work on presently).

5-15 minutes before you go to bed, do The Step. Then you will sleep deeper, require less sleep, and feel better in the morning.

I get 5 hours of sleep a night.
My day starts at 3:30 AM.
