There is no word for candy bar in Mexico. It's simply called "un dulce". Usually, a candy bar is referred to by its commercial name, but with a Spanish pronounciation, i.e. Snickers, Milky Way, etc.

In Spain "chocolatina" (it doesn't have to be chocolate, just a candy bar in general). I don't know about South America.
