There really isn't a right or wrong weight for a teenager. You're growing and your body is changing. The best thing is to exercise and eat a variety of healthy foods and not worry too much about weight.
According to an ideal weight chart for women though, (this is just for the 5'1" height):
Small frame: 106-118 lbs
Medium frame: 115-129 lbs
Large frame: 125-140 lbs
Supposedly you can test your frame size by wrapping your thumb and second finger of one hand around the wrist bones of your other hand. If they overlap, you have a small frame. If they just meet, you have a medium frame. If they don't touch at all, you have a large frame. I'm not sure how accurate this test is, but I have heard about it from several different people.

Honestly, there is no number to answer this question. At 14, your body is still changing and hence, there is no set weight.
Don't worry about your weight too much. If you know you are eating healthy and you feel fine, you are at a healthy weight!
Besides, chances are within the next few years, you weight will change and will most likely go up especially if your body decides to grow.

It depends on your bone thickness, your structure, your ancestors, your family genetics,...
Could be anywhere from about 100-160 pounds...
Because your 14 and posibly still growing,.. I would think about 115-125 (again other factors count for things).
