As a Christian myself I can see there are extreme few that are committed to Jesus' instructions. But even if they are, they WILL still sin, we will never get away from sin while we are in the flesh. However, we should never be making excuses for it or assuming that God doesnt think it's a sin anymore.

there really aren't that many ways to interperet the bible. it is pretty straight forward. i think people who claim to be christians and then sleep around and purposely sin are just bullshitters.
