Your teeth are loose because they lack support. The bone that holds your teeth in their sockets is slowly being lost, this lack of supporting structure is allowing the teeth to be mobile. It sound like you are in the advanced stage of periodontal disease ( desease where you lose bone that supprts your teeth) . When you loose bone the teeth usually become very loose and need to be extracted so that the infection dosnt get worse..abcess or spread to neighbouring teeth that are not loose. You should go see a dentist and have your teeth examined with xrays to see bone levels and get a good cleaning or see a periodontist which is a specialist in this area. You should deal with these loose teeth and then be concerned with how to keep the good teeth that you have left. This may require surgery or as simple as regular 3 month cleanings to slow down the disease. Periodontal disease is associated with many factors such as hereditary, smoking, diabetes, lack of oral hygiene, lack of regular dental visits to remove bacteria that contributes to this disease, medications can also be a factor therfore your medical history is very important. I could give you a million reasons and expanation but the best way to get to the root of the issue is to see your dentist of find a dentist in your area, alot of dentist are welcoming to new patients.

If your teeth feel like they are wiggling you could have a problem. Try brushing with salt for a few days and if you dont notice an improvement call a dentist. Make sure to brush your gums when you brush. It is better to see a dentist when they are kinda wiggling then when they are kinda falling out.

Drink milk. Milk contains calcium, makes your bones stronger. Eat vegetables instead of sweets. Theyre bad for you.
