ive been dancing for about 5 years. ive never stretched and im not reallly flexible. would stretching and being more flexible improve my moves?

Yes, I have a friend who's been dancing for years, and I asked her the same question. The more flexible and stretched you are, the more limber you'll be for different moves. It really helps, and it keeps you from getting leg cramps as well.

depends on the dancing you are doing.. but usually with any dancing YES! not only will it improve your range of motion and mobility, its also safer and healthier to stretch and warm up properly before dancing. The more you stretch, the more active and willing your muscles are to doing new and different things... plus it feels good to stretch!
