This is my theory:
The body works like a battery.
It has to be charged correctly to function properly.
The universe consists of over a hundred different elements.
We are made of a combination of the same stuff.
Humans need about 25 of these elements to maintain our bodies.
Most of these elements in a pure state are metals.
Each one of these elements has either a negative or positive charge.
When these are in balance = well being.
What elements is your son lacking, or maybe has too much of ?
Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Nitrogen,
Sodium, ? ...... and so on.
Does he have not enough or too many of the correct positive or negative charged element particles, while fully powered up ?
I see epilepsy as the body shortening out at an extreme rate.
A very mild form occurs to all of us when we go to sleep and we start to kick ever so slightly as we drift off to sleep.
The body is cutting back the voltage.
Less energy is needed while we sleep.

This is not a joke. Several years ago, I saw a movie on t.v. about someone who had tried nearly all types of medications for epilepsy and nothing was working, the seizures were getting worse and worse. They finally found out about some diet. I think it was through John Hopkins University (I think in Boston, MA). I can't remember the name of the diet, but in most cases, when the diet is followed to the letter, the patient would be siezure free within 1 year. Some had to do it for 2 - 3 years, but it had amazing results. I would strongly urge anyone with epilepsy to look into this because this was a true story and after the movie, I looked it up and it was the real dea. It's just that it's been a couple of years since I researched it. Please look into this, I really think it would be worth your while!

I would help him teach is body to focus on something strongly.
Get a weight set where he lifts and HOLDS the weight for 60 seconds. Like this; bent over a bit, knees bent a bit, elbows bent a bit. Put a clock with a sweep second hand on the floor in front of him. You bend over to keep the muscles holding the weight, not the bones. And by bending over, if he cannot hold the weight, let him drop it to the floor in front of him. Do this exercise Mon-Wed-Fri.
Once a week, increase the weight slowly. Use steel washers the same diamater as the weight bar to do this. The body cannot feel such a small increase in weight. My son has ADHD and weightlifting really keeps him in focus.

If you need more advice, write to my 360.

there is a possibility that the vagus nerve stimulator might work if not then maybe surgery that has a even higher cure rate. I dont know what part of the country you are in but when they were considering my daughter for the surgery they were going to send her to Cleveland. Also there is the ketogenic diet but usually they only do that with small children

I know that they can go in and separate the two halves of the brain to keep the electrical surges from passing from one side to the other (this is one of the causes of the seizures). Talk to your doctor about this.
