It only bothers me if it is obvious that they didn't try to even hold it back or stifle it at all. I know several people (women mind you) that think it's not only acceptable, but a challenge to be as loud as possible.

Yes, it bother me if someone burps while I'm eating.
This is lack of etiquette and no manners on the table. You ask my opinion so this is my answer.

I guess o. I hardly eat with anyone unless I'm at
my grandma's, at get-togethers, and at lunch in
school, where I do just about ALL the burping.
But at family get-togethers and my grandma's
maybe, mainly because I hardly eat at either of those, so I can't remembered being bothered
when someone burped annoyingly.

It bothers me to be around people without manners at anytime. To simply sit around and belch out loud in the presence of others is disgusting. One should definitely excuse themselves from the table. I would really be upset if someone did this while we were sharing a meal. Another thing that bothers me while eating, people who chew with their mouths open and snort. Manners are a wonderful thing, and everyone should develop the habit. God bless****
