it can be like a airplane or car........and what materials do you use?

I would make a small car and mount a balloon on it. Blow up the balloon then put the car down. Let go of the balloon and let it push the car instead of shooting around the room. You make a litttle jet.

Hi. Not to sound facetious but if the balloon is filled with helium and was attached to an axle, the rising of the balloon would work by PULLING on the axle and unwinding.
