how am i suppossed to take this?

my bf and i have been going on and off for as long as i remeber: since last august-august of 2005. we go to the same university as transfer students and hang out with each other a lot whenever time allows us to do so which sometimes is not that often! right now we are about to start finals week and my bf has his finals way before i do as well as him working! so he said something of how he needs more excitement to his life which took me by surprise since we do all these crazy and funny things like him teaching me how to country dance since i cannot dance on that kind of music since i am from Romania, Europe. i when i heard what he said i asked him if i am not exciting and he said no. i am not sure if it was a kidding no or a serious no. then i said that maybe he should go and find someone else who is more exciting than me. i know it sounds childish but what the heck was i supposed to do? plz help

next time you meet him tell him that you were trying to figure out the definition of excitement, but couldn't get it, then ask him to reveal the definition.
Learn till you feel comfortable, i mean if its something relating to sex(i think it is). But if you don't want to get involved then make him clear that.

Find out from him what he thinks excitement is. If this is something you feel comfortable in doing, then do it. If not, let him find someone else. You'll feel better about yourself.
