Wake up early and run in the morning instead. That way, unless you plan to run the whole day, there's no way you can possibly run through the night. Try sleeping at night.

It sounds like you have RLS or Restless Leg Syndrome. Talk to your Dr. and get a prescription for Requip. I use it and it works.
