that he approved of the Holocaust because it wouldn't have happened if he didn't approve ot if?
And yes this is a serious question because many people believe that things do not happen without God's blessings.

Allah gives human beings the will to choose their actions which at one day they will be held accountable for.
Bad things happen because Human beings do not head their lessons. Humans have their own agenda. do I blame Allah for what is happening in the holy land of Palestine? Iraq?......?.
I blame Humans who defy the orders of Allah of spreading peace and justice. instead they occupy others land, kill it's people and committing unforgivable atrocities against other human beings.
Allah will enforce justice when he wills. All of those crimes and atrocities are a real test to distinguish true believers from others.

I think it's probably impossible and a waste of time to try to explain the hypocrisy of people who have lunatic ideas such as the ones you mention. Please don't lose too much sleep over this! Your list of "bad things that wouldn't have happened without God's approval" could go on and on...and would have to include the WTC collapsing only because God approved. It's insane.

"Approve" might not be the best word, it would mean God felt it was right. God does ALLOW many bad things, but obviously not all of them. Allowing bad things makes us capable of making an educated choice to follow good or evil.

No the holocaust and other evil stuff happens cause we have free will..we are not controled by God..he gives us a choice to chosse between evil and goodness..... thats y he allows it to happen..but remember although he does allow it to happen he punish the people who do evil.

This is pure foolishness. God allows evil because it is a consequence of giving man/angels free will. But He is not the author of evil.
