hi, can someone tell, how i can become ,an international aid worker.?

but first of all, i would like to be a social worker for a country such as the u.s or canada, and any country in eastern europe, so if anyone has any ideas , pls tell me, thanks

Most aid organisations advertise for their staff.
If you want to do volunteer work, then most reputable organisations will not send you out of the country. They require people overseas who know what they are doing, not people who need to be managed while there. The use of volunteers abroad is therefore limited to the amount of time those volunteers can give to the organisation befeore returning to the UK.
Ask them what they are looking for. Most will be more than happy to tell you, even if they can't offer you a proper job straight away. You may need to gain some experience or qualifications before they would employ you.

In the US and Canada you really need a degree in social work (probably want to pursue and MSW). You might look at a program such a Monmouth in NJ. They have a strong internaional program. Other programs to look at would include George Mason University in DC area.
